Refund/Return Policy

Here at Astarzi we want you to be happy with your purchase, if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at astarzi@outlook.com or via the contact us page within 20 days of purchase. You, our loyal client, are at the heart of what we do and why we do it. We will try our best to make it right. We do understand that sometimes you can change your mind and you may need to make a return. We will only accept returns on unused, unwashed items and its original packaging. Please note the we do not refund shipping charges. 

Missing an item

When you receive your order and you are missing an item, you have 24 hours to report it to us. After 24 hours we are not responsible for replacing a missing item. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please verify that you have entered a correct address as we do not replace/refund missing packages that have been delivered. If you believe that your package was stolen, please file a police report and send us a copy to get your item(s) replaced. If you think that your item was lost by the shipping company, please file a missing package report with them within 14 days and wait for them to complete an investigation. Once the investigation is complete, send us a copy of it in order to get your item replaced. Please note that for missing/lost packages we do not provide refunds. 

Returns
- Issued in the original method of payment.
- Item must not be opened, washed or used.
- ALL original tags must be attached.
- Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
- Must be returned within 20 days of purchase.
- Items that are discounted at over 50% are not eligible for a refund, unless the item is defective. In that case a replacement would be sent. 

 

Cancellations

- You have 30 minutes from the time you Submit an Order to cancel it. You can cancel it by emailing us at astarzi@outlook.com
